River View Campground was the first to bring kayaks to the Rifle River. Kayaks are a pleasant alternative to canoeing. Kayaks are much more maneuverable and easier to control than canoes.

We offer single or double kayaks for you to choose from.

We have 2 styles of kayaks. Our most popular style is the "Spirit" model which are kayaks that you sit on top of rather than inside of. Each kayak is contoured to give back support. We think of it as going down the river in an easy chair.

We also offer the traditional kayaks that you sit down in.
